Hey you guys need to interview Tim Olson of Shark FX/ CU fame. Tim's been championing Mac OS X for a while now. Shark started life as Concepts Unlimited, and earlier as Ashlar Vellum's Cobalt series, as Tim licensed the code out to Ashlar in the early days. However, Shark has come on leaps and bounds since then, and now features many tools including ACIS, parametric constraints and Catia surfacing technologies.
BTW, great site- and about time too! I'll be hanging around here a lot! :¬)
You also should know about Ledas, a Russian-based software development company who are currently developing a Mac OS X version of their DrivingDimensions parametric plug-in for Google SketchUp. Based on a CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM framework they've developed themselves. I don't know how 'Cocoa' this will be, and so I'm really hoping for a nice port- maybe? I've played with the plugin, in Windows, and it does give a very passable 'SpaceClaim-on-the-cheap' effect! Anyway here's the link

It'll be good for all Mac designers to go and pay them our regards- after all, we are a very passionate breed right? ;¬)
